Condition: excellent (used), Year of construction: 2008, operating hours: 282 h, Calibration and finishing machine, wide-belt sanding machine with electronic segmented sanding pad and finish sanding. Ideal sanding machine for interior finishing companies, also suitable for intermediate sanding before painting. Edge sanding machine with combination unit and electronic segmented pressure bar, edge segments can be switched on and off. Segment width of the pressure bar 35mm. Contact roller pneumatically adjustable, low wear due to ribbed steel roller. Grain size compensation. Drive motor 7.5kW with automatic motor brake, stepless belt speed controlled by frequency inverter from 2 - 18 m/s. Belt feed steplessly adjustable via frequency inverter from 2.5 - 13 m/min. Pneumatic workpiece-controlled belt blowing device. Cleaning brush at the outlet. Constant working height of 900mm by adjusting the top part of the machine, thus also integrable into sanding lines. Feed belt still has good grip and is in very good condition. Maximum sanding width approx. 1340mm. Workpiece height approx. 3 to 150mm. Common sanding belt dimension 1360 x 1900mm. 3 rubberized pressure rollers. Infeed roller table and foldable outlet table. Preparation for vacuum blower.
