The product is continuously fed into the machine, where a rotating system drives it against a perforated sieve or screen. The usable fraction passes through the screen, while the solid residues are conveyed to a separate outlet. Its stainless steel construction and hygienic design make it particularly suitable for industrial lines for the production of juices, purees, pulps, and products derived from fruits and vegetables. The pulp, puree, or liquid fraction passes through the perforations and is collected by a specific outlet, while the larger parts that do not pass through the screen are evacuated separately.
