Key Features Rigid construction with a 160 mm wide bed provides excellent stability, vibration resistance, and machining accuracy. 2-axis Digital Readout (DRO) with optical scales on the longitudinal and cross axes improves positioning accuracy and process control. 38 mm spindle bore allows machining of larger-diameter shafts and bar stock. Precision carriage assemblies with 0.1 mm / 0.5 mm graduated handwheels ensure accurate and repeatable feed movements. Automatic longitudinal and cross feeds increase productivity during repetitive machining operations. Wide threading range – metric threads from 0.25–7 mm and imperial threads from 4–120 TPI without the need to change change gears. 1.1 / 1.5 kW induction motor delivers high torque and reliable performance during continuous operation.
