Thanks to the various dosing systems, such as auger dosing, the volumetric cup filler and the multi-head filler, the machine reliably packs powdery, liquid and granular products. The machine also produces the bags to be filled independently from flat film, making it a cost-effective and efficient packaging solution. Une cuve ou un fondoir sert au stockage, au mélange, au chauffage ou à la fonte de produits liquides ou semi-liquides dans un contenant hermétique en inox, avec ou sans agitateur intégré. Utilisé en pharmaceutique, cosmétique, chimie et agroalimentaire, pour la préparation, la conservation ou la transformation de formulations liquides avant conditionnement. Le prix va de 2 000-8 000 € pour une cuve d'occasion de petite capacité à plus de 50 000 € pour une cuve double enveloppe de grande capacité avec agitateur et régulation de température. Durée de vie de 15 à 25 ans, l'inox résistant très bien à la corrosion, l'agitateur et les joints étant les éléments nécessitant le plus d'entretien. Nécessite une alimentation électrique pour l'agitateur, un raccordement vapeur ou eau glacée pour la régulation de température selon le modèle, et un espace au sol suffisant pour la manutention.
