The machine combines a fixed machine table with an integrated rotary-tilting table and thus enables the economical complete machining of workpieces in just two setups. It is equipped with a CNC control system Heidenhain iTNC 530, chip conveyor, 3D measuring probe, coolant system, and additional Brankamp collision monitoring system for the protection of the machine and tools. The machine is currently still in productive use and can be made available on short notice. Technically and visually in good to very good condition, regularly maintained. Inspection and test run possible at the West Saxony location by appointment. Various clamping devices, tools, and CAD programs can be purchased ADDITIONALLY (vacuum plate, magnetic clamping table, etc. - see pictures). Other machines from site closure are also available.
