Thanks to the subdivision and uniform separation between fat and lean portions, significant improvements in the visual quality of the final product can be achieved. The spreading machine is continuously fed by a conveyor belt at the top. From there, gravity channels the product into a passage containing fixed and rotating pegs that, through centrifugal action, separate the grains of the minced product, making the distinction between lean and fat more apparent. This allows for an optical enhancement of the final slice, ensuring the product's homogeneity is visibly recognizable.
