Description

Condition: good (used), Similar in operation to Dohmeyer CryoRoll freezer. Packo developed these freezers to be used for high performance IQF freezing of small pieces of meat, seafood, cheese, pizza toppings, fruits and vegetables. The rotary drum is injected with CO2 down to -60 degrees C or nitrogen down to -110 degrees C. We have a large quantity of conveying and machinery available from this facility.
