Versatile pelletising of waste materials and biomass This professional compact pelletising plant is the ideal solution for the cost-effective utilisation of a wide variety of raw materials. Thanks to its robust construction, the plant can flexibly process a wide range of materials from industry and agriculture: Wood & sawmill by-products (sawdust, wood shavings) Energy crops (miscanthus / elephant grass) Agricultural by-products and waste (hay, straw, maize straw, etc.) Animal feed System components & scope of supply: The system is characterised by a perfectly coordinated overall system: Inclined mixer for raw materials: Includes precise level sensors and fully automatic moisture control for optimum pelletising results. Feeding screw: Speed-regulated (frequency-controlled) for a consistently optimal and load-dependent feed of material to the press. Pellet press (11 kW): Fitted with a tried-and-tested horizontal round die and a practical discharge chute. (Note: The exact pressing capacity depends heavily on the raw material used in each case). Intelligent control system & maximum operational reliability The entire system is operated centrally and intuitively via a modern touchscreen display.
