Thanks to its robust construction, powerful motor, and dust extraction system, the CORMAK MS2000 metal belt grinder is ready for intensive industrial operation. Easy access to wear components – quick belt and roller replacement minimizes downtime. Design and technology The stationary CORMAK MS2000 belt grinder has been designed for intensive industrial use. The robust steel construction provides a rigid foundation for all working mechanisms, ensuring exceptional durability and machining accuracy. A 3.3 kW motor drives a 100 mm wide and 2000 mm long abrasive belt. The integrated dust extraction system, including two dust collection containers, enables clean and safe operation for the user. Precision and work efficiency Thanks to the adjustable grinding angle from 30° to 90°, the machine allows precise positioning of the workpiece relative to the belt, which is essential when grinding welds, joints, and edges. The standard grinding roller with a diameter of 42.4 mm provides versatile application possibilities – from precise processing of thin-walled pipes to grinding square profiles.
