The product is continuously fed into the machine, where a rotating system drives it against a perforated sieve or screen. The usable fraction passes through the screen, while the solid residues are conveyed to a separate outlet. Its stainless steel construction and hygienic design make it particularly suitable for industrial lines for the production of juices, purees, pulps, and products derived from fruits and vegetables.
